Our Reflections:
On monday, 13th august, a nice and sunny day, 07A12 reported to A405 right after morning assembly as they were excited at the prospect of learning how to make sushi. After embarking on a great journey of sushi making, they have gained the following learning points:
- It was a class bonding experience for us. We realised the importance of having a strong class spirit which we already had. But nevertheless it was enhanced through the sushi making session.
- We will never know if we could do something unless we tried. That’s like how we felt apprehensive at the idea of making sushi initially but later discovered the joy of making sushi and learnt how to do it.
- The session brought lots of laughter to our class. Eating the sushi we or our beloved friends made brought smiles to us!
- We learnt how to make sushi!
This is how you make SUSHIs!
1. Get the right ingredients!
2. rmb to put on ur gloves! hygiene is impt!
3. put rice onto the seaweed & add mayo!
4. make sure ur mayo takes the form of a PERFECT shape(A12)!
5. place the crabmeat and the rest of the ingredients onto the top of the rice
6. wrap it up and it's done! xD

We have benefited much from the programme and we would like to have more of such meaningful sessions. Having such sessions once in a while would certainly brighten our school days and heighten our class spirit. At the same time, it is worth mentioning that such sessions ensure that our CT periods are utilized more meaningfully, as we were able to pick up skills that would bring joy to us and those around us [positive externalities?]
